By placing an order with Anya designs Ltd or when calling myself, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
I will do my upmost to create the concept, as designed and the content as chosen by you. However, sometimes I will have to substitute decorations, or flowers because of supply availability.
Your order will be accepted and processed only once the order has been paid for, as discussed previous communication.
Ongoing communication, including verbal conversations and emails, will also form part of the contract.
Your order will be acknowledged by email confirming the concept chosen.
The payment structure will be discussed beforehand, and confirmed on the clients invoice.
The products are on a rental basis only, unless otherwise stated in writing, and remain the property of Anya Designs Ltd.
If you have to cancel, a portion of your payment will be non refundable, as stated on your invoice.
Any product that is not supplied by Anya Designs Ltd, we cannot accept any responsibility for its safety, that will rest with the client solely.
All payments will be paid via BACS, details of which will be provided upon confirmation of your booking.
The is a charge of interest, at a rate of 4% per annum, for ALL outstanding invoices, 30 days after installation.
The company (Anya Designs Ltd) accept no liability, if the installation or removal dates are delayed, due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases every effort will be made to arrange a new mutually agreeable date for installation/removal.
