Once you have agreed on a concept, colour and dates, I will email you to confirm the information which will form part of your contract and I will include payment details.
Ongoing communication, including verbal and email, also form part of the contract.
Payments are to be made by bank transfer, details of which are to be provided upon confirmation of your booking.
25% of the total invoice is due upon booking to secure your installation date. 50% is due 6 weeks before installation date, with the remaining balance of 25% due on the date on installation.
The initial 25% deposit is non refundable and once the 50% payment is received 6 weeks prior, this is also non refundable. If you have made the 50% payment, but then need to cancel within the 6 week period prior to your installation date, you do not need to pay the final installment.
Interest shall be charged on any amount outstanding 30 days after installation at a rate of 4% per annum.
The company (Anya Designs Ltd), accept no liability if the installation or removal dates are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases you will be advised as soon as possible and we will arrange a new mutually agreeable date for installation/removal.
